I am trying to install fleur with elpa support. I load my modules:

module purge
module load foss/2025a
module load Python/3.13.1-GCCcore-14.2.0
module load HDF5/1.14.5-gompi-2025a
module load imkl/2024.2.0
module load ELPA/2024.05.001-foss-2025a

make a build directory, and run:

../configure.sh -mpi -hdf5 -elpa

the installation finishes but no elpa support:

grep -i elpa configure.out
Checking for external ELPA
External ELPA Library found:FALSE

Any ideas are most welcome!

I am unsure if this helps, but have you checked if

../configure.sh -mpi -hdf5 -elpa TRUE

works?
